Our newest product is the MX100G, a carrier-class SIP-ISDN trunking gateway that takes full advantage of NetGen’s and New Rock’s 10-plus years of experience in developing and fielding SIP-based products. With high-speed DSPs ensuring 120 concurrent calls and 500 routing rules, the MX100G offers a solution to the problem of connecting the legacy ISDN-PRI world to the new SIP-based IP-PBXs and carrier networks, while offering significantly reduced costs and increased network-design flexibility.

Well, the WROC200 got us excited; now it’s gotten the ITEXPO Best of Show selection committee so excited that they awarded the product Best of Show in the consumer-product category. The WROC2000 is a 10-station wireless SOHO PBX with amazing BYOD support, but why is it a “consumer product”?
Well, it might have had something to do with its under-$300 price tag. And it might have had something to do with the burgeoning digital-home market and its need for a product such as the WROC2000. (And the 2000 has a big brother, the 40-station WROC3000.) So, what makes the WROC2000 worthy?
Because it solves a big problem—its advanced technology provides for the unmet communications needs of the under-served 80% of businesses with 1-10 employees caused by the rapid advance of communications technologies. But the telecom industry seems to have left this market segment behind when it comes to the all-in-one wireless PBX. The WROC2000 remedies that situation, giving the small-to-medium business and even the digital home large-enterprise communications. Technology turnover will only accelerate, and NetGen remains committed to support the SOHO/SMB with products that meet emerging needs.
NetGen maintains that the WROC2000 is a market-defining product because of its advanced features that meet just-emerging business needs. While other PBXs offer some of the capabilities of the WROC2000, no PBX for the SOHO/SMB offers this complete breadth of feature-functionality.
