How to Submit a Support Ticket:
We’re encouraging our customers to submit their support tickets using this site. This process will ensure effective tracking of all support issues and provide the customer with a submission process that’s more reliable than email.
To submit a new ticket, follow these steps:
1. Click on “Support Tickets” on the top menu
2. Click on the “Insert New Item” tab
3. Enter all of your information into the form
4. Save it and you’re done
You’ll receive a confirmation email from tikiadmin@netgencommunications.com with your ticket details and a link to view the ticket tracker.
